Resident Dismantles Community-Owned Pipes
According to the police, on September 11 at around 16:00, officers from the Novayemberyan division discovered four galvanized pipes, each approximately 5 meters long, in the yard of a 64-year-old resident of the Baghanis community during their patrol.
It was determined that the man had dismantled the community-owned pipes without permission from the "Sndznut" area of Baghanis village in the autumn of 2016 and transported them to his farmyard. The extent of the damage is currently being assessed. A technical examination has been appointed, and materials are being prepared for further action.
