Numbers Aren't Huge, But the Dynamics Are Important: Nikol Pashinyan on Foreign Investments in Armenia

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, shared a post on his Facebook page regarding foreign investments made in Armenia during the first half of 2019. He stated, “Important news we were waiting for. The numbers, of course, are not very large, but the dynamics are crucial. With reasonable and balanced decisions, we should strengthen these trends – double them, triple them, and even multiply them tenfold.”

According to the official Facebook page of the Government, “In the first half of 2019, compared to the same period last year, foreign direct investments in the real sector increased by 26%, while the inflows of foreign direct investments rose by 20%.”
