Money Raised to Become Director Before the Revolution: A. Harutyunyan

RA Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Arayik Harutyunyan wrote on his Facebook page: “One of the candidates for the director's certificate honestly said during the competition that before the Revolution, I was raising money to become a director. As soon as I collected the necessary amount, the Revolution happened, and the money was no longer needed, now I’m forced to study before the competition.”
