Live: Court Hearing on 'Flash's Barsegh' Case

The court hearing regarding Barsegh Beglaryan, the president of 'Flash' LLC, and Hrayr Hovsepyan, the head of the 'Flash' LLC base, continues at the Avan and Nor Nork branch of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, under the chairmanship of Judge Davit Harutyunyan.

During today's court session, witnesses in the case are being interrogated. It is worth noting that Barsegh Beglaryan and Hrayr Hovsepyan have been accused of committing acts of self-justice accompanied by threats of violence, as stipulated in part 2 of Article 322 of the RA Criminal Code. A signature not to leave has been chosen as a preventive measure against Hrayr Hovsepyan, while the prosecutorial authority altered the preventive measure for Barsegh Beglaryan to a personal guarantee, which was later revoked.
