Police Uncover Case of Theft of State and Public Property

On August 23, officers from the Novemberyan police, acting on received information, established that a 50-year-old resident of Voskecan had unlawfully dismantled galvanized pipes from a neighboring area and transported them to his yard between January and February.

The man was summoned to the police station. A professional inspection has been initiated, and the extent of the damage is being determined. Preparations for further proceedings are underway.
