Economy Ministry in Contact with Upper Lars Checkpoint Regarding Peach-Laden Trucks

The Ministry of Economy of Armenia is in contact with the staff of the Upper Lars checkpoint concerning trucks loaded with peaches from the ‘Spayka’ company. This was stated by the press secretary of the Minister of Economy, Anna Ohanian, in an interview with Armenpress.

“We are in communication with our partners at the Upper Lars checkpoint and are doing our utmost to ensure that the checks proceed as quickly as possible and under conditions and thermal regimes that will prevent damage to the goods,” she said.

Moreover, the ‘Spayka’ company has issued a statement expressing concern about its trucks loaded with peaches being halted at the Upper Lars checkpoint.
