16-Year-Old Boy Tied to Iron Pole and Attacked
In Artsakh, on August 23, the juvenile affairs department of the Stepanakert police revealed that on August 21, at around 6:00 PM, A. Sh., an 11-year-old resident of Stepanakert, had tied the right leg of A. M., a 16-year-old resident of the city, to an iron pole fixed in the ground using adhesive tape and pushed him several times. Additionally, those present, 16-year-olds N. D. and S. A., also delivered blows and pushed A. M., resulting in bodily injuries.
The Stepanakert police department is conducting an investigation regarding the case. A. M. has been referred to a forensic doctor.
