Live: The Government's Agenda Includes 40 Items
The regular session of the government has commenced. There are 40 items on the agenda, of which 29 are non-reported. Among the issues included is a draft decision on approving the request submitted by three companies for exemption from customs duties on the imported technological equipment, its components and supplementary parts, raw materials, and materials within the framework of the investment programs being implemented in priority sectors.
The draft law on amending the Republic of Armenia's Administrative Offenses Code will be presented, along with a proposal regarding amendments to the law on specific features of administrative proceedings for cases related to violations of traffic rules recorded by video or photography devices. Additionally, there will be a decision draft on establishing the general description of criteria determining the methodology and riskiness of risk-based inspections by the educational inspection body of the Republic of Armenia.
Furthermore, there will be proposals for approving and prioritizing the draft laws on amendments and supplements to the Republic of Armenia's Code on Subsoil, the Administrative Offenses Code, and the law on State Duties, among other issues.
