Why It Has Been Impossible to Conclude Online Insurance Contracts for 3 Days

For three days now, it has been impossible to conclude online insurance contracts due to the lack of communication with the traffic police. This payment process is simple and convenient, and it can be carried out in a maximum of 3 to 4 minutes, paying a 5% lower premium than usual. This is why many people prefer to sign their insurance contracts this way, but they regularly face issues with communication, being unable to complete transactions for days.

In an interview with Armdaily.am, Edgar Janoyan, the head of the Media Relations, Analysis, and Information Department of the Police of the Republic of Armenia, stated: "We ask for the citizens’ understanding; the issue will be resolved today. We have problems with communication lines, which is why this issue arises from time to time. There is a working group that is doing everything to eliminate this problem."
