Vardavar and Carpet Street Washing at the National Assembly

On July 28, Vardavar Day, initiated by National Assembly member Hripsime Grigoryan, a Vardavar and carpet washing event will be organized in the vicinity of the National Assembly.

"The event will begin with a carpet washing ceremony on Baghramyan Avenue, followed by the start of Vardavar," reads the event description. Throughout the day, various Armenian handmade carpets will be showcased in the National Assembly garden, presented by Tufenkian Carpets, Megerian Carpets, and the Armenian Carpet National Center.

Master classes in carpet weaving will take place, along with discussions about carpets and a quest. The event will conclude with a concert by the musical group 'Mikael Voskanyan and Friends.'
