Video: Protesters Threw Glasses Filled with Water Towards the Hall: Armenian MPs on the Situation in Georgia

As previously reported, following an incident in the Georgian Parliament where a group of Georgian MPs halted the conference and demanded the resignation of Russian delegates, the Armenian delegation left the session hall. SHANNTNEWS.am spoke with the members of the Armenian delegation to the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of Orthodoxy, Iveta Tonoyan and Hovhannes Hovhannisyan, who provided details about the incident.

Iveta Tonoyan informed us that the conference began normally, and about 1.5 hours into the working agenda, a group of MPs from the Georgian Parliament, accompanied by protesters, staged a protest in the hallways of the parliament.
