TV 5 Channel Owner Detained After Protest in Support of Former President Robert Kocharian
Following a protest held in support of the second president of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, in the yard of the Court of General Jurisdiction in Nor Nork and Avan, several individuals have been detained by the Nor Nork Police.
Preliminary reports indicate that five people have been taken into custody. Among those detained is Armen Tavadyan, the owner of TV 5 channel. A correspondent from NEWS.am reports that people have gathered in front of the Nor Nork police station at this time.
