29-Year-Old Youth Caught with Drugs

On April 27, at approximately 00:35, the officers of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Artsakh Police detained 29-year-old Y.G. from the sidewalk in front of building 22 on Azatamartikner Street in Stepanakert.

A personal search revealed two paper packets in the pockets of his jeans, containing green dried and crushed substances weighing 0.15 grams and 0.66 grams, respectively, along with a dropper. During the investigation, it was found that Y.G. had sold a similar substance to 27-year-old S.H., a resident of the capital, for 10,000 drams on the same day.

The total weight of the substances discovered was 0.81 grams.

The investigation is being conducted by the Criminal Investigation Department of the Artsakh Police.
