Four Cars Collide on Kyiv Bridge, Injuries Reported
On December 23, at 19:53, the "911" service received a report indicating that a traffic accident had occurred on the Kyiv Bridge in Yerevan, with injuries reported and emergency rescue assistance required.
This information was provided by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia.
Rescue teams were dispatched to the scene, including one operational unit from the Fire and Rescue Service and a specialized team for performing rescue operations.
It was determined that the vehicles involved in the collision were a "BMW 318", "Opel Astra G", "Opel Corsa", "VAZ-2101" (with the driver identified as A. B., born in 1996), and a "Toyota Camry".
Before the arrival of the rescuers, a passenger from the "Toyota Camry", identified as M. S. (born in 2011), was hospitalized at Arabkir Medical Center and later transferred to St. Gregory the Illuminator Medical Center, where he received necessary medical care and was discharged.
Rescuers extracted A. B. from the "VAZ-2101" vehicle and took him to the ambulance. The injured individual was hospitalized at Heratsi Medical Center No. 1 and later transferred to Izmirlian Medical Center, where his condition was assessed as stable.
