Macron Sends Message to Pashinyan
French President Emmanuel Macron has sent a congratulatory message to the acting Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan. This information was reported by the Prime Minister's Office's Information and Public Relations Department.
In the congratulatory message, it is stated:
“Mr. Prime Minister,
Dear Nikol,
On behalf of the French Republic and personally, I congratulate you on the success of your political party in the parliamentary elections held on December 9. This electoral process showcased the Armenian people's commitment to democratic values and the rule of law. I sincerely wish you success in the exercise of your powers.
Taking this opportunity, I would like to emphasize the long-standing quality of our bilateral relations.
France will continue to support Armenia in implementing the reforms you wish to enhance the efficiency of the economy and the welfare of the Armenian people.
Be assured that France, as a co-chair country of the OSCE Minsk Group, will continue to pursue a peaceful, just, and lasting resolution to the Nagorno-Karabakh issue.”
