Criminal Proceedings Initiated in Tragic Accident That Claimed 5 Lives
The Investigative Committee has announced that criminal proceedings have been initiated regarding the accident that occurred on the Kuchak-Aparan highway, based on Part 3 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code. This article addresses the violation of safety requirements for ensuring road traffic safety, which has resulted in the careless death of five individuals.
It is noteworthy that today at 17:17, vehicles identified as 'PAZ' and 'Opel Zafira' collided on the Kuchak-Aparan stretch of road, leading to the tragic death of five people, while an additional eleven individuals were hospitalized with varying degrees of injury.
