High Blood Pressure Recorded in Robert Kocharyan; He Transferred to Hospital

The health condition of the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, has worsened. This was reported by the Anti-Corruption Committee. According to the committee, high blood pressure was recorded in Kocharyan, prompting an ambulance to be called.

He has been transferred to a medical facility for further examination. Robert Kocharyan's office also announced that the former president underwent a medical intervention recently. “Currently, the doctor has deemed additional examination necessary given this fact,” reported Bagrat Mikoyan, head of Robert Kocharyan's office.

It should be noted that Robert Kocharyan has been arrested following a court application to impose detention as a measure of restraint.
