Video: Kocharian Thought About Seizing Power Since Crossing the Lachin Corridor, Says Andranik Kocharyan
Andranik Kocharyan, a member of the ruling My Step Alliance party, spoke in the National Assembly about the events of March 1, 2008, responding to the speech of Levon Kocharyan, son of the second president of Armenia and a member of the Armenia bloc.
"After 1996, as a response to the crisis resulting from the elections, Levon Ter-Petrosyan found it necessary to invite Robert Kocharyan to Armenia and appoint him as Prime Minister to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh issue. I believe he made a mistake. From the moment he crossed the Lachin corridor, Kocharyan was thinking about how to seize power from Ter-Petrosyan. This was evident," said Andranik Kocharyan.
