The police have reported to the media that Arthur Osipyan, who had a dispute with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, has been arrested on suspicion of hooliganism. He has been transferred to the Arabkir police station.

It is noteworthy that during the campaign of the Civil Contract party in the Arabkir administrative district, a conflict occurred between Osipyan and Pashinyan, which escalated, causing a disruption to the Prime Minister.
