Gazprom to Discuss Whether to Pay Dividends to Shareholders
The board of directors of Gazprom will discuss a proposal regarding the amount of dividends to be paid to shareholders based on the results of 2025 during its meeting on May 19. This information has been reported in the company's announcement.
The voting on the agenda items will be conducted in a remote format. The board will also determine the method of decision-making at the shareholders' meeting and approve the meeting's agenda.
It is noted that in recent years, the company has not been paying dividends to its shareholders.
