A Group of Women to Hold Sit-in Protest: Ruben Melikyan
“Starting today, a group of concerned women will hold a sit-in protest in front of the Prosecutor General's Office, demanding the release of 18-year-old Davit, who is jailed in connection with the 'Flower Arrangement' case,” lawyer Ruben Melikyan wrote on his Facebook page.
“The sit-in will be organized on a rotational basis, every day until 8:00 PM. If you also believe that Davit's imprisonment is absolutely unacceptable, you are welcome to visit, express your solidarity, and perhaps even participate in the sit-in on a rotational basis.”
“P.S. Bravo to the organizers, especially to Ms. Sayida Poghosyan,” he added.
