Drivers Can Now Switch to Summer Tires

As of April 1, the requirement to travel with winter tires has been lifted. The mandatory use of winter tires, which was enforced from November 15 until March 31, has now concluded. This regulation was established considering the weather conditions and the risks of road icing during the winter months.

According to the regulations, the use of seasonally appropriate tires is intended to improve road traffic safety and reduce the number of road accidents.
