45 kg of hidden medications attempted to be smuggled into Armenia via Tbilisi-Yerevan train
Recently, during customs control at the Ayruum border checkpoint, officials from the Customs Service and Surveillance Division Number 13 discovered concealed medications during a check of the Tbilisi-Yerevan passenger train. This was reported by the State Revenue Committee (SRC).
From the personal belongings of passenger A.T., customs officers found three large bags containing various types of medications weighing a total of 45.5 kg hidden beneath a bed.
A record on the violation of customs regulations has been drafted, and the materials have been sent to the legal department of the SRC.
