Prosecutor's Office Reveals New Details about the Murder in Ajapnyak
One of the individuals involved in the murder and attempted murder that occurred in Ajapnyak has been remanded in custody, while five others have been placed under house arrest. This information was provided to Auroranews by Kim Avdalyan, spokesperson for the Prosecutor's Office.
Recall that on February 18, 2026, a murder incident involving the use of firearms took place on Abelyan Street in the Ajapnyak administrative district of Yerevan. Following the initiation of a criminal case by the Investigative Committee of Armenia's Yerevan Investigative Division for serious crimes, a large number of investigative and procedural actions were carried out by a team of investigators, which revealed numerous details regarding the incident and identified the main participants involved.
