Due to Pashinyan and Aliyev's 'Human Brotherhood', 120,000 Artsakh Residents Have Become Refugees - Zatulin
The First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma's Committee, Konstantin Zatulin, responded to the criticism from Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who had previously stated that 'certain circles in Russia seek to maintain animosity between Armenia and its neighbors.'
Zatulin wished Pashinyan success in his 'friendship' with Turkey and Azerbaijan, noting that the consequences have already become evident in 2020 and 2023. 'Thanks to Pashinyan and Aliyev's 'human brotherhood,' 120,000 Artsakh residents have become refugees,' he added.
