Keir Starmer Will Be Forced to Resign: Bloomberg
The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Keir Starmer, will be forced to resign. This information was reported by Bloomberg, citing sources from the ruling Labour Party. The discussions around this issue were prompted by the scandal regarding the appointment of Peter Mandelson, a friend of the American financier Jeffrey Epstein, who is accused of pedophilia, as the British ambassador to the United States.
According to the publication, this scandal has already led to the resignation of Morgan McSweeney, the Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister. Reportedly, several Labour MPs are surprised that Starmer still retains his position, despite being the one who allowed Mandelson’s appointment as ambassador. As noted by the agency, some staff members are privately urging cabinet members to convince the Prime Minister to resign.
