Over Half a Million Russians in Belgorod Region Left Without Electricity
More than half a million Russians in the Belgorod region have been left without electricity and heating due to power outages. Governor Gladkov began his video address by stating that the morning was far from good.
Currently, 556,000 people are without electricity, and nearly the same number are also without heating. Almost 200,000 local residents lack water or sewage services.
"The situation is extremely serious," Gladkov stated.
