Europeans' Attitude Towards the Ukraine Conflict is Changing: Orbán
Europeans' attitude towards the Ukraine conflict is changing. This was stated by Hungary's Prime Minister Viktor Orbán on social media.
“Meanwhile, a great lie is being broken in Western Europe. Financing this war does indeed involve financial costs. Public opinion is shifting along with the presentation of bills. People, not elites, will prevent Europe from entering the war,” the post reads.
Orbán added that negotiations between the U.S. and Russia could lead to a ceasefire and possibly long-term peace involving Ukraine. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that failures on the battlefield should push Ukraine to the negotiating table.
