Customs Exemptions for Certain Products Imported from China
The government has made a decision in its meeting on December 18 to apply customs duty exemptions for certain products imported from China to Armenia from November 17, 2025, to November 17, 2030.
According to the EEU regulations, Armenia is granted an exemption from the payment of the anti-dumping duty for an annual volume of 250 tons concerning titanium dioxide-containing colorants and preparations of Chinese origin with a content of 80% or more of dry material imported into the territory of the Republic of Armenia.
According to the government, this decision will ensure the implementation of the Eurasian Economic Commission's Collegium decision dated October 14, 2025, aimed at fully realizing the obligations established within the EEU framework.
