Arman Tsarukhyan Defeats Mehdi Baydullayev to Claim 'Stars Belt' Championship Title
On the night of December 18, during the ACBJJ 20 tournament held in Moscow, UFC lightweight fighter Arman Tsarukhyan faced Mehdi Baydullayev, the winner of the ACA Grand Prix in the featherweight category. The matchup concluded with Arman's victory, as he successfully applied a choke hold to secure the ACBJJ championship belt.
Tsarukhyan last competed in November of this year at the UFC Fight Night 265 event in Doha, Qatar, where he fought against Dan Hooker. In that fight as well, Arman achieved victory with a choke hold in the second round. His record now stands at 23 wins and 3 losses.
Baydullayev, on the other hand, last fought in July during the ACA 189 tournament, where he faced Marcos Rodriguez. In that bout, Mehdi won by unanimous decision from the judges. His record includes 19 wins and 2 losses.
