Russia's Progress is Minimal, Almost Microscopic - French Foreign Minister
French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot has stated that Russia is facing a multi-layered defeat in the ongoing war in Ukraine at political, military, and economic levels. According to him, the progress of Russian troops on the front is extremely limited and almost imperceptible.
“Russia's progress in military operations is minimal, almost microscopic,” emphasized the French Foreign Minister.
Barrot also mentioned that European countries have made crucial and fundamental decisions to manage their future on their own terms. In particular, Europe has decided to restrict Russia's access to its assets located in Europe for as long as necessary.
“These restrictions will remain in place as long as Russia, led by Vladimir Putin, does not cease its aggressive war against Ukraine and does not pay appropriate reparations,” stated Jean-Noël Barrot.
