Thank you very much for comparing the document introduced by the ruling Civil Contract party to a chicken, because they peck at chickens, said Arthur Khachatryan, a member of the Armenia faction in the National Assembly, during a statement hour, in response to a journalist's question about why they did not participate in the discussion and voice their objections if they had issues with the text of the peace document.

“They peck at chickens, geese, ducks... maybe that’s why it doesn’t make sense to address it,” Khachatryan said.

According to him, they have issued a statement, which is sufficient. “What has been presented is absolutely irrelevant to peace. Pashinyan says the people have chosen me, therefore, speaking against me means speaking against the people. Now he also says that talking against this document means talking against peace. No, we are in favor of peace, and that is why we are against this document, because it does not bring us closer to peace,” the MP stated.
