Russian Foreign Ministry Special Representative in Baku, to Visit Yerevan Next
The Russian Foreign Ministry’s Special Representative for the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Igor Khovaev, has visited Baku.
According to Azerbaijani media, the diplomat will travel from Baku to Yerevan.
Earlier, Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, stated that Igor Khovaev has been conducting regular consultations with both parties to reach a common understanding and establish mutually acceptable fundamental principles and parameters for a peace agreement.
