Estonia Reports Violation of Airspace by Russian Fighters
Three Russian MiG-31 fighter jets illegally entered Estonia's airspace near Väinloo Island, remaining in the airspace for approximately 12 minutes, ERR reports citing the press service of the Estonian Defense Forces Headquarters.
The Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs summoned the Chargé d'Affaires of the Russian Embassy in Estonia and delivered a note of protest to him.
This marks the fourth violation of Estonia's airspace by Russian aircraft this year.
