Frauds Discovered in the Renovation of Metsamor Kindergarten; Arrests Made

Frauds and abuses related to the renovation work at the Metsamor kindergarten have led to the arrest of directors of construction and technical supervision companies as part of a criminal investigation carried out by the Anti-Corruption Committee. This was reported to Radar Armenia by the Committee.

The arrested individuals are accused of committing particularly large-scale fraud, assisting in it, and also producing forgeries. One of them has been detained as a preventive measure, while another has been subjected to bail and house arrest.

It should be noted that earlier reports indicated that fraud and abuses had been discovered in the renovation work at the Metsamor kindergarten, resulting in the arrest of construction directors.
