Heatwaves Will Continue: Weather in Armenia
From August 25 to 29, high fire danger is expected in Shirak, Kotayk, the Ararat Plain, the foothills of Aragatsotn and Vayots Dzor, as well as in the valleys of Syunik and in Yerevan.
In Yerevan, no precipitation is anticipated from August 25 to 29. Between August 25 and 28, evening hours will see an increase in wind speed, reaching 14-18 m/s.
Across the country, dry weather is expected from August 25 to 29, with winds from the southwest at 2-5 m/s. In the evening hours of August 25-28, an increase in wind speed is expected in Armavir, Kotayk, and the foothills of Aragatsotn, with speeds of 15-19 m/s. Air temperatures will rise by 3-4 degrees.
