Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander Reveals Russia's Plans on the Frontline
Russia is concentrating its forces in several directions and preparing for new offensive actions. The situation remains complicated. This was stated by the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, General Oleksandr Syrskyi, in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.
"The situation on the front is indeed complicated right now. It is characterized by the continuation of Russia's strategic offensive operations," he said.
According to him, Russia is currently regrouping and focusing on two main directions. "One is the Pokrovsk direction, which remains decisive for the Russians. And now the enemy is moving its units from Sumy towards Zaporizhzhia. This means that this will be the second direction where the enemy plans to initiate active offensive operations," the Commander explained.
