Percentage of Ukrainian Territory Captured by Russia During 1010 Days of War
Deep State reports that during the last 1010 days of the war, Russian forces have captured less than 1% of Ukrainian territory. According to analysts' estimates, as of November 12, 2022, Russia has occupied only 5,842 km², which constitutes approximately 0.96% of the country's territory.
Deep State notes that the Russian military achieved its greatest successes in the early days of the large-scale invasion, but Ukraine has since managed to reclaim significant areas. Since then, Russian assaults have continued, but serious progress has not been made, analysts emphasize.
