Earthquake in Turkey
An earthquake with a magnitude of 4 was recorded today in the Sindirgi district of Balıkesir, Turkey, at 12:11 PM local time. This information was disseminated by the Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Authority.
The earthquake occurred at a depth of 8.4 kilometers. It is worth noting that a previous earthquake with a magnitude of 6.1 also struck the Sindirgi region of Balıkesir Province. As a result of that earthquake, a building collapsed, leading to one fatality and 29 injuries.
