Several Companies in France to Face Criminal Charges
Pavel Durov, co-founder of Telegram, has stated that the situation in France is such that any technology company could be unjustly accused of criminal activity. He made this announcement on his social media platform 'X'.
“Any technology company in France can now be regarded as a 'criminal group'. The long-standing efforts to attract investments in the tech sector are threatened due to the actions of certain officials in France,” he added.
He emphasized that initiatives aimed at fostering innovation are being undermined by bureaucrats who, according to him, are pursuing personal career goals and promoting a specific political agenda that harms the interests of French society.
