Armenia and France's Foreign Ministers Sign 'Memorandum of Intent'
Ararat Mirzoyan, alongside Jean-Noël Barrot, announced at a joint press conference that the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and France have signed a 'Memorandum of Intent'.
'It envisions closer cooperation between the two ministries, including deepening political dialogue, holding regular consultations, enhancing collaboration between diplomatic representations operating abroad, and more,' added Ararat Mirzoyan.
