We Cannot Allow It: Spanish Prime Minister

The Prime Minister of Spain, José Manuel Albares, has called for an embargo on arms sales to Israel in order to halt the country's military operations in the Gaza Strip.

“If the war (in Gaza) does not end, we must immediately sever the association agreement between the EU and Israel, the second point of which concerns human rights. We must impose an arms embargo on Israel,” he stated.

The Spanish Prime Minister also added, “We cannot allow arms to be sold to Israel.”
