These Countries Will Be Paralyzed: Pazeşkian

The President of Iran, Masoud Pazeşkian, has stated that Western countries will turn against each other to secure stable oil supplies from Middle Eastern nations.

According to the Iranian president, certain countries are willing to do anything to extract energy resources from the region at favorable prices. “Without energy resources, Western countries will be paralyzed; they want to take our oil and give us weapons to fight amongst ourselves,” Pazeşkian said.

Earlier, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that Iran must abandon its desire to acquire nuclear weapons; otherwise, it could lead to war. The Secretary also threatened Tehran, mentioning that this issue could result in military actions, but noted that U.S. President Donald Trump prefers to resolve the matter peacefully.
