US Embassy Issues Statement
Support for violations of the law cannot go unpunished. This was stated in a message released by the US Embassy.
"Those who assist illegal migration (such as individuals facilitating unlawful transfers, transport workers, and officials) may face permanent entry bans and restrictions to the United States. Everyone is accountable under US law," the statement reads.
