After the match held in Tbilisi, the behavior of the fans does not indicate that we have tension with our Armenian friends. This was stated by Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze.

“Of course, what happened was unpleasant, but this is football, and such incidents occur where fans clash with each other. This does not mean that we have tense relations with our Armenian friends. It was a bad fact, but, of course, it does not affect and cannot affect our relationships with friends, sisters, and brothers,” he said.

It is worth recalling that due to the disrespectful behavior of Georgian fans entering the stadium after the Georgia-Armenia match, the Tbilisi Dinamo Stadium may face disqualification.
