Levon Mnatsakanyan Discusses Participation in Artsakh Liberation
During a staged trial in Baku, former commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, Lieutenant General Levon Mnatsakanyan confirmed his participation in the liberation struggle of Artsakh. He stated that wherever he did not participate, he would have joined if necessary.
Earlier in the trial, former President of Artsakh Arkadi Ghukasyan mentioned that Armenia's involvement in the 44-day war was justified by the need to guarantee the security of Artsakh, which is considered legitimate from a legal perspective.
