Current Situation in Lars
The traffic on the Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Lars international road has been restored for light passenger and passenger transport vehicles in the Gudauri-Kobi section. This was announced by Vahan Hakobyan, the customs attaché of the Armenian Embassy in Russia.
“Traffic will be uninterrupted in this section of the road, but only through the avalanche tunnels. Currently, the road remains closed only for freight transport vehicles,” the message stated.
