Car Falls into Canal, Water Current Sweeps Driver Away in Russia
A car fell into the Obvodny Canal in St. Petersburg, Russia. The preliminary cause of the accident was the driver confusing the pedals after a collision. This information has been reported by local media.
Witnesses noted that the woman was driving through an intersection when she collided with another vehicle. Following the crash, the driver pressed the gas pedal, breached a fence, and plunged into the water. As the car slowly sank, the water current swept the driver away.
