Details on Ruben Vardanyan's Criminal Case
The criminal case against Ruben Vardanyan, the former Prime Minister of Artsakh, has been sent to court. This was stated in a joint message from the Azerbaijani Prosecutor General's Office and the State Security Service.
"The defendant, Ruben Vardanyan, and other participants in the criminal case have been notified about the completion of the pre-investigation, and they have been granted access to all materials of the case, including physical evidence, documents, expert opinions, and other materials. The accusatory conclusion has been approved by the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Artsakh and forwarded to the military court in Baku for consideration," the message reads.
It is noted that Ruben Vardanyan is accused of waging war, terrorism, torture, and other serious crimes.
