Levon Ter-Petrosyan Sends Open Letter to Pashinyan
The first President of Armenia, Levon Ter-Petrosyan, has directed an open letter to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, published by his spokesman Arman Musinyan on Facebook.
"What is there to debate with you, when the subject of the debate—thousands of years of Armenian Artsakh—no longer exists because of your risky adventures, and you have no other option than to desperately attempt to distract our people from this bitter reality. Make noise as much as you want, this reality is already a historical fact that cannot be erased. If, Nikol, you wish for the public to know the whole truth about the diplomatic process regarding the resolution of the Karabakh issue, then I suggest that since the confidentiality of that process lost its meaning after the destruction of Artsakh, you should publish all the peace plans officially presented by the co-chairs of the Minsk Group, including those from June 2019, along with the official responses of Armenian diplomacy to them. That would constitute a true debate based on facts. But if you do not do this, you will further prove that you are fleeing from the truth and are engaged in a petty avoidance of historical responsibility."
